Christian Dieker is a partner at PrexPartners and works for more than 15 years as a consultant with special focus on procurement and logistics. During his professional career he led numerous customer projects with more than 250 individual initiatives to optimize procurement and logistics. He worked for SMBs / SMEs and corporations in an international environment. Many projects took him to Asia, serving clients from trade, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), furniture industry and mechanical and plant engineering accompanied with various tasks in procurement.

His work areas lies in the development and implementation of programs to reduce costs in procurement management and logistics. The focus is on the close involvement of the customer in training and training modules for employees and the sustainable project results. 

Against the background of extensive project experience, Christian Dieker focus also lie on performing value analyzes and accompanying outsourcing projects in purchasing and logistics as well as in project procurement with experience in the construction and real estate sector.

Prior to joining PrexPartners Christian Dieker was, as a project manager, working in various management consultancies where he led international acquisition projects.

Christian Dieker studied Business Administration at the university "Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule" (RTWH) in Aachen with a MBA degree.

Dr. Phillip-Alexander Harter is a partner at PrexPartners and responsible for the locations Brussels and Rotterdam. He lives in Belgium and has worked for more than 15 years, with emphasis on the economic space of the Benelux. 

In his professional career, Phillip Harter has led more than 200 individual projects for the optimization of procurement and logistics. With a particular focus on implementation of the elaborated results, he also took over tasks as interim manager with leadership responsibilities. He also accompanied numerous customers in the conception and implementation of models for the integration of service companies to support strategic and operational procurement processes. At PrexPartners he is responsible for Outsourcing in procurement and has proven experience in challenging tasks facing project procurement. Focal points of his experience are for instance the waste and utility industry, energy, construction and building materials, process and food industry.

Prior to joining PrexPartners, Phillip Harter worked as project manager in an international management consultancy. Thereby he constantly was active in purchasing and logistics and implemented numerous cost optimization projects for SMBs/ SMEs and international companies.

Phillip Harter graduated at the university "Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität" in Bonn and at the University of Antwerpen. After some time as a research assistant, he obtained a doctorate at the University of Bonn.



Dr. Klaus Westkamp is a partner of PrexPartners and has more than 30 years of experience in purchasing and logistics with a particular focus in the sectors of logistics, machine and plant construction and automotive. Throughout his professional career he worked at more than 200 customer projects and was responsible for more than 500 individual cost saving initiatives in procurement and logistics for corporations, SMBs / SMEs and Private Equity sector. 

Klaus Westkamp works mainly with customers in Germany and the Benelux. Besides a focus on sustainable and quick project results, the tasks also consisted of rearranging processes and organizations based on a holistic view of the supply chain. The close involvement of the employees in the organization of the project work, the accompanying training and the implementation of training programs are a fixed part in the project work. 

Prior to joining PrexPartners, Klaus Westkamp worked as a partner in an international management consultancy. He mainly worked in the areas of rehabilitation / restructuring, purchasing, logistics and Supply Chain Management. 

Klaus studied mechanical and industrial Engineering at the university "Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen" (RWTH) in Aachen with the degrees MBA (Dipl.-Ing.) and graduate industrial engineer (Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing.). After some time as a research assistant, he obtained a doctorate in technical sciences (Dr.-Ing.).
