Christian Dieker is a partner at PrexPartners and works for more than 12 years as a consultant with special focus on procurement and logistics. During his professional career he led numerous customer projects with more than 250 individual initiatives to optimize procurement and logistics. He worked for SMBs / SMEs and corporations in an international environment. Many projects took him to Asia, serving clients from trade, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), furniture industry and mechanical and plant engineering accompanied with various tasks in procurement.

His work area lies in the development and implementation of programs to reduce costs in procurement management and logistics. It focuses on the close involvement of the customer, training and training modules for employees and the focus on sustainable project results in the foreground. 

Other focal points of Christian, given his extensive project experience, are conducting value analysis and coaching Outsourcing projects in purchasing and logistics. As well as in project procurement with experience in the construction and real estate sector.

Prior to joining PrexPartners Christian Dieker was, as a project manager, working in various management consultancies where he led international acquisition projects.

Christian studied Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule in Aachen with title Diplom-Kaufmann.

Dr. Phillip-Alexander Harter is a partner at PrexPartners and responsible for the locations Brussels and Rotterdam. He lives in Belgium and has worked for more than 15 years, with emphasis on the economic space of the Benelux. 

In his professional career, Phillip has led more than 200 individual projects for the optimization of procurement and logistics. With a particular focus on the transformation of results, he also took over tasks as interim manager with leadership responsibilities. He guided numerous aspects in their development and with the implementation of integrated models of service companies supporting strategic and operative purchasing processes. At PrexPartners he is responsible for the theme sourcing for procurement because he has proven experience with tasks around project procurement. Focal points of his work are for instance the waste and utility industry, energy, construction and building materials, process and food industry.

Prior to joining PrexPartners, Phillip worked as a project manager in an international management consultancy company. At that time, he was active in purchasing and logistics, and he introduced numerous cost optimization projects for SMBs/ SMEs and international companies. 

Phillip graduated Politische Wissenschaften (Political Science), Law and Wirtschaftgeschichte (Economic History) at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and at the University of Antwerpen. After some time as a research assistant, he obtained at the University of Bonn.

Dr. Klaus Westkamp is a partner of PrexPartners and has more than 25 years of experience in purchasing and logistics. He has a particular focus in the areas of logistics, machine and plant construction and automotive. Throughout his professional career he worked at more than 200 customer projects and was responsible for more than 500 individual cost saving initiatives in procurement and logistics for corporations, SMBs / SMEs and Private Equity sector. Klaus works mainly with customers in Germany and the Benelux. Besides a focus on sustainable and quick project results, the tasks also consisted of rearranging processes and organizations based on the whole supply chain. The close involvement of the employees in the organization of the project work, the accompanying training and the implementation of training programs are a key part in the project work. 

Prior to joining PrexPartners, Klaus was working as a partner in an international management consultancy. He mainly worked in the areas of rehabilitation / restructuring, Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. 

Klaus studied Maschinenbau und Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Mechanical and Industrial Engineering) at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen with the titles Dipl.-Ing. And Dipl.-Ing-Wirt. He received his doctorate Wissenschaften (Sciences) in Engineering (Dr.-Ing.)
